NASSA operates via its own 28 acre textile manufacturing complex located in Kanchpur, Dhaka. With the capacity to produce 60 tonnes per day (set to double in the next three years) our textile operation is one of the largest in Bangladesh, equipping us to deliver an end-to-end textile manufacturing service for clients worldwide.

The plant outputs a range of polar fleece, knitted, dyed and printed fabrics, produced via computer controlled Swiss, German, French machines that deliver the cutting edge technology and uncompromising standards demanded by the US and European markets.

NASSA-Taipei Denims Ltd specialises in the production of the finest quality indigo denims for clients including Marks and Spencer.

The mill is equipped with an ETP system, as well as the newest manufacturing technologies from Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Taiwan.

Via these technologies and a fully trained workforce the division delivers a production capacity of 1.8 million yards per month.

The overarching aim of NASSA-Taipei Denims Ltd is to produce the finest quality indigo and variant denims to meet the discerning demands of our worldwide customer base.

NASSA owns 5 in-house washing plants located in Tejagon, Ashulia and Joar Sahara and spanning approximately 100,000 sq. ft.

The combined capacity of these facilities is 350,000 dz per month, enhancing the overall production capacity of NASSA Group and making for a strong holistic supply chain for customers.

The washing and sandblasting sites incorporate Effluent Treatment Plants to ensure the responsible treatment and disposal of pollution and waste.
